The Management Board of Leo International Precision Health AG announces that the company plans to carry out a capital increase through contributions in kind using the existing Authorized Capital 2025. The contributions in kind are to comprise up to 20 companies from the fields of biotechnology, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, and artificial intelligence (AI), predominantly from the Asian region.
As part of the planned capital increase through contributions in kind, up to 50,000 new shares (corresponding to up to a maximum of 10% of the company's existing share capital) are to be issued. The company plans to acquire all shares in the companies to be contributed as part of this capital increase through contributions in kind. I The company will shortly apply to the Düsseldorf Local Court to appoint MÖHRLE HAPP LUTHER Valuation GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Hamburg, as the company's contribution in kind auditor. The contribution in kind audit is to be completed and the capital increase by contribution in kind carried out in the 2025 financial year.
