Last week at the Equity Forum German Spring Conference in Frankfurt, Leo Wang, founder & Chairman of the Supervisory Board of 话题标签#LeoInternationalPrecisionHealthAG (LIPH), presented LIPH’s strategy of building a global integrated AI-driven precision healthcare ecosystem and provided investors with additional color on the recently announced potential portfolio expansion.
As announced in our recent press release, LIPH is evaluating the potential acquisition of nine additional healthcare assets to accelerate the commercialization of its AI-driven portfolio solutions.
The contemplated transactions represent an expected total transaction volume of EUR 400-500 million and are expected to contribute a combined EBITDA of approximately EUR 50-60 million annually.
The first proposed transaction from the second acquisition batch includes a network of 50 beauty clinics across Japan, with an expected purchase price of approximately EUR 48 million and targeted completion in the second half of 2026.
LIPH’s strategy is to build a scalable and resilient healthcare platform through the acquisition of profitable, revenue-generating healthcare services, medtech and healthtech businesses with established operations and recurring cash flows. By reinvesting these operating cash flows into advanced healthcare technologies and next-generation oncology innovation, LIPH aims to create a long-term precision-health ecosystem designed to accelerate the development of transformative therapies and improve patient outcomes globally.
