The first step in this strategy is the intended acquisition of all shares in the Japanese company Funnel Ad Inc. (Funnel Group) - which operates approximately 50 beauty clinics across Japan - announced today, providing LIPH with immediate access to a profitable healthcare services platform in a key Asian market.
The transaction is expected to generate significant strategic and operational synergies, serving as a core building block of #LIPH’s platform by combining scale, recurring revenue, and direct patient access. It will also enable the rollout of additional products and services, including diagnostics, nutraceuticals, and AI-driven applications, while supporting cross-portfolio synergies and accelerating ecosystem integration.
