Leo International Precision Health AG launches AI-driven precision health investment platform
At the end of 2025, we completed the acquisition of our first six portfolio companies — officially launching Leo International Precision Health as an integrated, AI-driven precision health investment platform.
With majority holdings in six assets and a portfolio value of over EUR 100 million, this step marks the transition from strategy to execution. It lays the foundation for building Europe’s first integrated AI-driven healthcare ecosystem and for unlocking data-driven synergies across our portfolio.
More than a transaction, this milestone creates strategic alignment, operational control and scalability — enabling configuration of assets, accelerated innovation and sustainable long-term value creation for patients, partners and shareholders.
This is the starting point of LIPH’s growth journey.
